Reuse shop

Tip Treasures - reuse shop

Repair, reuse, borrow, buy.

Tip Treasures - reuse shop

All items on sale in our shop have been diverted from the waste stream with the income generated used to fund and further develop the project. By selling these items for reuse we significantly reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill and help support local communities and residents who benefit from the sale of the low cost items.

If you need to get rid of household items which are too good to tip please donate them to the shop directly or at any of our 5 household waste recycling centres.

Items available for sale and accepted for donation include:

Coming soon

We will soon be launching a library of things and repair café at our shop using funding from the Welsh Government circular economy fund.

Library of things
A library of things is somewhere you can borrow items you need but don't want to buy for a small fee, such as power tools, gardening and camping equipment. This means you can save money on buying new items that you may not need to use often and the space you will need to store them. By buying less of these items we can significantly reduce the carbon footprint associated with their production and ultimate disposal.

Repair cafes
A repair café is an event where you can bring broken household items to be repaired for free by volunteers and in doing so meet new people and learn new skills.

Opening times

Monday - Sunday, 9.30am - 4.30pm

Closed on bank holidays.

How to find us

We are based at the  Llansamlet Household Waste Recycling Centre, Ferryboat Close, Swansea Enterprise Park, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA6 8QN.
